"I'm staying in a month to month apartment. It's relatively nice for the price. Cable and all utilities are included. It can definitely get noisy but usually no real problems with the 10pm quite time. But this is a very old and kinda run down place. The floor is peeling and there's only 1 light in my unit. However no pest problems or anything truly worrying yet."

The owner is cool, never does he interven in your live unless need be. scenary is beautiful.
