"I'm no fan of the buffet. It's not good there's no seasoning on the food straight, dry beef. The selection of food you get for what you are paying for is not good. Salt, pepper, ketchup, and mustard are the only condiments I saw. Maybe you have to ask for it. I'm not sure. I recommend you just go to the food court better section. The breakfast bar isn't that great either. The hotel rooms are great, with nice and comfortable beds. Now, the internet has some type of adult censorship, on it. But if you're good with computer networking, you can get a pass on it."

"This place is an absolute joke ! As a wedding planner and event planner, I am highly disappointed. It is nothing like the tour I was given. I am on my third night here and documenting everything for my actual review I'm working on for an article in a bridal magazine. The food service is absolutely in my opinion, is the lowest I have ever experienced even going to a Burger King or McDonald's. I would actually have been better off ordering for one of these establishments in ordering the food I was given from here. Two of the guests that also stayed in ajoining rooms, how to order food as a group and they brought it to the pool with four meals that included french fries we were not given any ketchup and for the coleslaw there were no utensils. Last evening we ordered food as well at the actual diamond grill which we had to go back up to the counter twice because they gave us nachos with beans and we asked for nothing of the sort. They remade it, just for them to do the same thing again.The food was also cold. After complaining to a manager on the floor the manager said that it was our fault that we should have checked the food as consumers before leaving the counter. In the VIP room, which my best friend had inquired within the lady at the desk was absolutely rude as hell. I cannot say enough bad stuff about this place. The only thing I can say is the two brides that I had coming here by plane in April and May, will be super happy to know that I actually experienced this place for myself and that I will not recommend their weddings here whatsoever."

"No scooters for handicapped patrons. Somebody tried to break into my vehicle overnight in the lit up parking across from the hotel. Hundred-dollar deposit for the room because I was paying cash and I had to put the $100 deposit on an ATM card. So-called food court was simply a one grilled diner, with employee looking lunch room eating area. I do not recommend this casino."

"Friendly staff and nice hot tub. Pool was too cold to swim in. Coffee bar downstairs was definitely nice for the morning! Room was spacious but the beds were not very comfortable and the tv remote did not want to work. Casino was lots of fun. Room was a bit expensive for what you get."

"Most of the people working there were great. Good customer service. I was very upset and disappointed with 1 member of the management team. Our company held a conference there for 2 days. In which we had them cater our meals. We also had about 50% of the group got rooms. Some of our group had semi's with the big sleepers. We got a room but had to park our semi in the parking lot. They had a big area on the other side of the casino. That was for semi - and RV parking. We had to go get a parking pass. While we were doing this, we explained that our company had rented the conference room. She said she didn't care about that. That this was a gambling establishment. If we weren't planning to do some gambling. We needed to find another place to park. She said this to a big group of us. She was so rude about it. That the security guy tried to smooth things over. He kept apologizing for her. So I guess having about 30 couples. Half of which paid more than $220.00 a night for their room for 2 nights. Then buying dinner and drinks in their restaurants and bars. Not to mention our company paid for a conference room for 2 days. Then, they had them carter breakfast for 2 days. Lunch and snacks for 1st day. I guess that wasn't enough money. What was sad is that some of us were going to stay for Saturday night too. Make a weekend of it. We all canceled our rooms for the 3rd night. Also, I had been gambling and spending a lot. After that treatment me and my husband. Never went back to the casino at all."
