"I travel full time and stay at Comfort Suites across the US. My partner and I stayed here and woke up around 7am to find a bed bug in our bed. I took a picture and google searched the image just to make sure I was correct. After killing it and flushing it down the toilet we then moved to lay down on the floor and couch to sleep. I went to the front desk a few hours later and spoke to the manager, Beatrice, who was very responsive to the issue. I asked for a refund for the inconvenience and was told she would check it out and get back to me by end of day. She did come thru on responding to me on time stating, "I did not want to contradict you and I am not saying that it can never happen" then proceeded to explain how the room is treated on a monthly basis and she had them come and check the room after my stay only to find no bed bugs. I rarely write reviews, but when someone calls my integrity into question, especially over something that would have been resolved with a refund of an $80 room while they treat the room for pests, then I will take the time to compose this message and say, yes, there was a bed bug, I alerted the establishment, and you called me a liar. Farewell."

"As others have mentioned, the front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Great rooms for the price and clean. Huge bonus that they just installed a Chargepoint EV charger with two plug-ins. We were able to charge up over night and hit the road quickly in the morning."

"11/2023: **RECOMMEND ** 2-day comfortable stay and I would absolutely return to this location. Friendly staff, ample well-lit parking. Stayed here with my 2 fur babies and paid $25 per pet, per night. This is the lowest price of other hotels when traveling with pups. Dog area is (was) clean and the area is great to exercise yourself or walk dogs. Great location near Tucson Mall and restaurants / fast food eateries; all floors were quiet. Swimming pool / hot tub with ADA compliant hydraulic lift. Queen sized bedding suite with sofa was clean, updated amenities. The bathroom and sink are in separate rooms so this can be a pro or con. Housekeeping is not daily, so make sure to visit the Front Desk when items are needed during your stay. Tried having breakfast on a Saturday morning (after Thanksgiving) and was unsuccessful. No fault of the hotel's staff because many guest went to eat at the same time, which depleted the food supply. The staff tried replenishing the food, but guests just kept showing up."
