Quality Inn

"Literal feces stains all over the walls, documented. Heavy damage throughout room. Numerous safety issues. Not cleaned in some time, as evidenced by stains and smears to surfaces and glass. Towels provided in room had lipstick on them. Deadbolt on room door had been broken. Bumper plate on wall indicates door was kicked in. Hardware on sliding glass door to patio was broken and didn't lock. No barrier between room balcony and adjacent room balcony. Exterior hotel doors to parking lot did not close and stayed open, negating key card locks. Other exterior doors did not open with key cards provided. Rooms were awful. The first room didn't have running water, so we were given another room, at 1030pm. Our second room was absolutely filthy and disgusting and had multiple direct safety issues for guests. Plus, all (4) of the coffee packets with the coffee machine were decaf. What sort of degenerate does that to a guest?"

"Again, I swear that I already reviewed this place.. service was excellent! The rooms were in a little bit of disrepair. I had to call out to have somebody work the shower for me so I could get any hot water. The handle was a little busted or unfinished. I love the atmosphere here, though! And the free breakfast! Waffles, bananas, juice, coffee all day, bagels, cream cheese and more."

"There was nothing good about this hotel. The air conditioner didn't work, the shower head shot into the wall and you sure didn't want the bedding anywhere near you. Stay away from hotel. The staff was rude. I just wanted to check out and get my receipt and was told their printer didn't work. I asked "does anything thing work at this establishment?""

"Don't let the pictures fool you, this place is gross. Like, cigarette butts, garbage, and the stench of pee everywhere gross. You'll know something is wrong soon as you enter the building, and you'll regret running you card when you see your room. Just find some place else, it can't be worse than here"

"Horrible experience with staff. I checked in late Thurs at 2am. I disclosed I had 3 show dogs, but they would only be in the show van and not in the room. Check-in staff said no problem as long as they wouldn't be in the room. Otherwise, there would be a $20 per dog per day pet fee ($240). I was at the dog show early the next morning (Fri). I got back to the hotel at 11 am. I went to the front desk to ask for hand towels & wash cloth because there weren't any in the room. I was told that the night staff forgot to charge me the pet fee for the dogs. I said no, they are not staying in the room, they are staying in the show van. She said they would need to search my room to confirm there were no dogs in the room. I said no problem, and they were welcome to view the show van where the dogs are staying. Then she began a very nasty attitude with me and said there would be a $50 deposit for the dogs. I asked why since they are not staying in the room. She just said that was their policy. I said I don't agree with their policy and to check me out. I went back to my room and began packing up. I was only in the room for less than 5 min when there was a knock on the door. Staff wanted to know why I was still there because checkout was at 11 am. It was just 5min earlier that I told them I was checking out. I was harassed by 3 different staff member that checkout was at 11 am. They still have not credited me back for the 3 other nights. BE AWARE! STAFF HERE ARE RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. PRICE GOUGHING!! I've filed a chatge dispute with my bank, and I will file in small claims court if my money is not credited within 7 days."
