"While traveling to the hotel, we were involved in a massive car accident which totaled our vehicles, thus unable to get to the hotel. They REFUSED to provide a refund to us saying they needed 24 hour notice. Called Super8 Customer Service and they REFUSED to override the managers decision, regardless of the situation. Unbelievably poor customer care or compassion. Says a lot about the company!!!!!!"

"Room was awful. Upon entering the room and hitting the light switch, no lights came on, and I had to navigate in the darkness to find a switch on one of the lamps. Television cable box was unplugged, which meant the TV didn't work until I traced the cord and plugged it in. Coffee pot had wet used grounds left in it from a previous guest, and appliances hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Toilet had been replaced with a child-size commode, which was pretty weird. A cheap motel, in every possible way."

"they front lady was super nice, but the room smelled like weed, there was food on the walls and mirrors. couldn't stay there with my child, checked out right after we saw the room, been trying to get in contact with manager for 4 days for a refund and no luck.....finally got a email saying will refund half but now manager refused to talk to me, wont refund full amount, wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy"

"Walked in, not impressed at all. Looked at room and would have gotten another hotel, but it was late and looked like about the same kind of hotels all around close. A plus, the room had been vacuumed! The lady working the desk was the plus of this hotel. She was super! Very good check in, patient, and helpful with everything. Cheap everything, towels, lights, no USB charge and few plug in's. It was ok for a one night stay."
