"I just stayed her and I have to say it was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. When we first showed up everyone had an attitude and was being very rude. One of the employees was in his pajamas walking around which was very unprofessional. We were on a motorcycle ride and had a trailer so we took up 3 spots and booked 3 rooms. When checking in we were never told we couldn’t park there or asked about any of our information for our vehicles. Later that night they had our truck and trailer towed. They said they were trying to reach us but we were never told anything. It was very obvious it was us with the trailer and motorcycles because we originally walked in with a bunch of motorcycle gear on and had our bikes in the front. The manager never tried to let us know that she didn’t want us to park their even though there was multiple open spots by us and in the parking lot. She was very rude and unprofessional."

"The general manger was very rude! We were doing a motorcycle ride and towed a trailer that took up 3 spots and we booked 3 rooms. They knew the truck and trailer was ours and they had it towed instead of just asking us to move. Also, I should have know better from the beginning because we were warned that the general manager was mean. I will never stay at a Hampton hotel again this is my first bad review I have ever wrote and I’m 45 years old! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! Was never told buy any staff you can’t park trailers in parking lot or to park across street and the parking lot was half full"

"As a Hilton member I had an awful experience with the general manager Laura Logan. The place is really clean and breakfast is great but that manager is racist and she harrased me and my family. She literally was like a creep just popping out of nowhere she was even rude towards my kids as a member I had never had this experience I’m a manager myself at a hotel and the way she acted towards us was not professional at all. I need to report her as soon as possible. Apparently reading all the reviews she has been like that to others, I don’t even know why she is still there."

"Forgot to take pictures of our room, but our stay was really nice, rooms were clean and comfortable, the shower in the bathroom was amazing, and had a pretty good view from the room. Was kind of frustrating upon check in had to try four times to get key programmed to unlock the door. But other than that we enjoyed our stay."

"Rick at the front desk was kind and helpful. The rooms were nice and clean. We will stay here again and would definitely recommend it to anyone needing a place to stay in the area."
