"Disappointed. I usually prefer Burger King over other fast food burger places but this location is understaffed, and the burger tasted like it was steamed rather than grilled, and under seasoned. I was fortunate that the fries were fresh, but that was the only highlight. I should have read other reviews. They are not wrong."
"Unfortunately this is a one star. DO NOT I repeat do not waste your money at this location. As you walk in you can see how filthy the dining room area. We attempted to use the bathrooms but they were disgustingly dirty. After ordering our food which took 15 minutes. We went to fill our drinks at the Coca-Cola machine. Which was not working. It had disgusting fingerprints all over it. Along with flies flying around. While waiting for our food the restaurant started filling with smoke. This was because someone did not take french fries out of the fryer. The employees were all out back chit-chatting. After about 25 minutes we received our food. With burnt french fries and rock hard buns. At this point I was so frustrated I didn't even ask for my money back. We ended up throwing everything away. I do not recommend this location. I do not recommend this restaurant. I would not waste your money here or even your health. Hopefully management will get this situation under control. We did stop at this location several years ago just passing through where my wife remembers us having part of the same issue. Sorry BK you miss the mark on this one."
"WORST food ever!!! Hamburgers were cold and French fries stale old and cold!!! We did the drive thru… they put us in hold to check WHAT???? They should close it not worth spending $20 for bad food to put in trash!!!! It was bad for US… we were traveling. Never will go back!!!"
"Took a while to order, they seemed under staffed. I could see the cook in his red flannel shirt, new uniform I guess. When the gentleman was taking orders appeared, he first walked to the back saying nothing, not a welcome in or a I'll be right back or even a to heck with you. He then did something else, when he got to us he walked to the register put both hands down leaned in and said nothing, just looked at us until I said "hi" to which he replied "hi" not welcome to burger King, not sorry for the wait, not can I help you with your order. Just.... nothing. After ordering he didn't repeat the order, didn't ask if we wanted anything else, didn't try to up sale, just said $25. Didn't get a receipt so I can't say I wasn't over charged, he handed me to bags saying "here you are" Then turned and walked away before I could ask for it. Absolutely horrible customer service. Unfortunately it's fast food so customer service is a make it or break it. Fries were fine, they hadn't been sitting long. My wife asked for pickles and onions and instead got tomato and onion, so her order was incorrect. Which, you know, probably wouldn't have been had the order been repeated. My wife went to ask for pickles after seeing the order was wrong and again had to wait to be served.... I understand sometimes you have a bad day. But c'mon, fake it. Run the script at least. If your in Parker, I recommend you pass this Burger King and hit up something else."
"This place was filthy! The girl behind the counter, who took or order was friendly and attentive. However, the rest if the experience was not good. The place was filthy. The entrance doors were broken and all the windows were dirty. The drink machine wasn't working right. I'd like to know how BK runs out of French fries? I ordered the fish sandwich - the bun was stale and the lettuce old. The bathrooms were not stocked with paper supplies. And just felt ignored. There was an open electrical box in the dining room that had the Ecolab unit plugged into it. No cover, and nothing blocking it. My whole experience presented itself with a very negative feeling. I hope someone will address the problems and fix the situation."
