"Great place, area and people are cool and it's a fun area. Room was fine, no complaints. Fun trailer park is behind it, good to hit for fun. Pool was open, no one around to trip over dress code. Only complaint was no room service - lol."

"Worst place I ever stayed. There were drug deals going on all night in the rooms next to me. My rooms locks woudnt work somebody had broke in the room the night before. My room smelt bad and the water from the tap was brown. The bath tub drain was plugged. The floor had water damage. Dirty towels,Noise all night a dog was barking constantly. The next morning I coudnt get my key deposit back because the front desk doesnt open until 10 Am And I wasnt going to wait that long. They can keep the money. I definitely won't be coming back here .No way."

"Not the best, but not the woest affordable, and a cal King bed. The cleaning job was kind of crappy and a lot of updating could be done. However the history is strong with this location I could see this being one of the first hotels on the strip back in the day. With some updates this place will be lit! Very Bates Motel vibe, definitely loved that aspect, because I had a gun and know how to handle, plus I loved adventure. Best part is it's directly next to the best damn sushi place in all of Yuma!!!"

"The room was terrible the fan above bed was off balance kept bumping the ceiling the bathroom was tough to turn water on... Definite my needs a remodel.. Door had two locks On one was broken in too made me feel safe ? someonehad just finished doing crack it was the carpet the bath room... Was in need of serious up grade. Should of checked out to tired too keep looking for room...."

"Stayed 2 weeks. Excellent housekeeping staff. Older room but well appointed and kept scrupulously clean. New management working hard to make customers happy. Close to everything. Don't let the farm workers stop you from staying. They are gone most of the time and quiet when they are there. We saw NO evidence of illegal activity and we were there a lot."
