"Upon arrival, the front door was locked. Once entering the room, it smelled, the sink is cracked, the carpet is dirty, the view is beautiful, half the outlets don’t work. The fridge doesn’t work, and it’s super old and cracked, only with the provided extension cord after we begged them for it the fridge worked. After the first night we stayed and went out, when we returned they didn’t clean, take any trash, do the bed. And when we asked them for housekeeping they threw the towels at us. The rooms don’t close, the bathroom doesn’t either, there’s never anyone here, customer service is horrible. If I could give a 0 I would. If this is a last resort spot to stay. Cancel you’re entire trip, not worth $400. The T.V is from 1847 and it doesn’t work. The building is basically collapsing from inside and outside. Worst purchase. Money to the drain. When we called no one answered. Hard to book. Not worth it. The only good thing is the WiFi."
"Can I give a zero? We are here now. A/c doesn't work. Water is all warm, no matter where you set it. Fridge doesn't work. At least the ice is free... Oh ya... And the ice machine is broken!!! Just flushed $125 down the toilet and will probably give up and sleep in the car!!"
"Horrible hotel. Everything is outdated. There's no one at the front desk. My key card stopped working an hour before my check out time. So I had to go to the hotel next to it and tell the girl. She said she would meet me over there. And she did. 45 minutes later. I do not recommend."
"7/11/15: HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! If there was an option for No Stars, this Hotel would win... Where to begin... Last Minute trip to Laughlin, of course (according to the internet) all rooms everywhere else were booked, (I call Bullshit), so were forced to get a room at this disgusting, low budget ass hotel. When we pulled up, there were No Cars, No Noise, No People, I felt like we rolled up to Bates Motel it was very quaint and creepy, my kids and husband joked we would be the stars of the next horror film. Creepy Man at the Front Desk, No Sign of any other life or service man/woman/maid/guests, no biggie, we figured everyone was at the River or Laughlin, as we entered our room, A/C was blasting, the only highlight to the stay, we asked for additional towels so that we could swim in the pool, we were advised there was No Towels, nevermind, I paid $10 extra for an unplanned adult who joined us. In the B.R. there had been lots of signs of previous unfinished or Mickey Mouse type repairs, including but not limited to dust, signs of leaks, the floors were dirty, had not been mopped, even saw some drops here and there of someone's blood, went to complain, no sign of the creepy man who had checked us in. We left for a few hours to Laughlin, upon our arrival, the front desk was quiet, the main door wide open, inviting any strange character in, no sign of additional persons, walked into our room and there was a Billion ANTS, all over the fridge and dresser, so bad I wanted a new room, fearing my kids, husband or I would get sick or have other bugs crawling on us, went to the front and there was no one to be found. Just a note asking if we wanted to be checked in to please go over to Travelers Inn (next door) talk about inconvenient, so I tried to call, got no answer. Gave up, cleaned what I could and attempted to sleep. Fail! Could not sleep, was creeped out, stayed awake with a can of mace, door locked, chain and all, and a small knife, in the morning, we couldn't wait to leave, I sent my husband to ask for towels we never received the day before, was denied yet again, then was given two half rolls of toilet paper, as if this would dry us off. When we left no one was at the front desk, we were instructed by a sign and ice bucket to leave our keys as "Check Out"... I WILL NEVER STAY HERE EVER AGAIN, NOR WILL I EVER, RECOMMEND THIS HORRIBLE HOTEL TO ANYONE!!!"
"If I could have rated this motel 0 stars I would have. This place is disgusting. Our room was empty for so long that brown water was coming out of the faucets. The rude owners solution was to "let it run and it should be fine." After telling him several times that his solution did not suffice, he switched us to another room that had the bed made, and the toiletries replaced, but was clearly not cleaned after the last party left. This was evidenced by the female hair that was still all over our pillows (we had no women with us) and the beer can on the side of the bed in open view. The whole hotel smelled like a certain recreational herb, mostly coming from the lobby. My brother and I slept on top of the blankets with our towels on the pillows because it was so gross. If you have ANY OTHER OPTION for lodging while visiting, I suggest taking it, because you will definitely have a better experience than you would have staying here."
