"Today is march 16th of 2024 and My Tesla has been in this shop since November 7th of 2023. I would highly recommend not taking your car here! I’ve contacted Tesla and they are looking at removing Kaizen from the Tesla certified repairs shop network. I’ve been very patient up until not but we are going on 6 months for a rear end repair."

"They got us in fairly quickly compared to many other places recommended by our insurance and did a great job. The timeline took a little longer than we would have liked but that wasn’t really their fault as they had to wait for parts. Great place!"

"Very nice people BUT I called in advance and was told my sunroof glass would be replaced within 3 to 4 days. Then dropped it off and was re told 3 to 4 days. Then 5 days later I'm told the glass is on backorder for 7 to 10 days. I get back order but don't bait and switch me thinking, oh well, I will still use you. I took my truck back and will never return to them due to lack of trust."
