"SINCE MOST PEOPLE ONLY READ NEGATIVE REVIEWS, I WAS GOING TO GIVE THEM A 1 STAR SO YOU WOULD READ THIS! I THOUGHT BETTER OF IT. READ THIS REVIEW IF YOU WANT TO SAVE YOURSELF A LOT OF HEARTACHE WITH ANOTHER COMPANY!!! I’ve used at least three other body shops for repairs over the years. Fix Auto is the fourth. They are, without a doubt, the best one I’ve ever used. They kept me informed along the way so I was never in doubt as to the progress of my truck repairs. My truck is aluminum body so there are precious few shops qualified to work on it. Fix Auto is one. They diagnosed, ordered parts, fixed it, and got it back to me two weeks ahead of schedule! Further, because of where the damage was on my truck, they thought they would have to order a complete new cab roof and posts (it’s built as one piece at the factory). But they wanted to try to “pop out” the dent first to see if they could avoid the inevitable 6 week wait on parts. Well, due do their skill, they were able to pop out the aluminum body without tearing the material. I’ve looked! You cannot tell that it was ever damaged! It is fantastic and skillful work! I could not be happier! Thank you Fix Auto!"

"For a suboptimal situation, Brad and his crew and the front desk gal (I forgot her name but she was ALWAYS kind and helpful) were phenomenal. My truck came back to me looking extra beautiful and Brad was a great communicator regarding the stages of my truck completion and gave a well explained timeline.
