"Got an oil change and they allowed me to supply the products. Very reasonable pricing. Heavy weight lift. Very polite and thorough service."
"Totally honest business to deal with. My son called with a question about a possible tow and repair. He was given sound advice and able to finish the repair on his own saving us so much headache and expense. They will certainly get our future business."
"I had a right front blowout last night on the 10. Although they were more than 30 miles away, they were more than willing to help. We were actually able to change the tire and get back on the road just as they were pulling up. I offered to still pay for their service, but they refused the money. I’d like to give them a huge shout out!"
"My boyfriend took his Honda Pilot to Hamilton, was greeted by Mike who was very polite and very knowledgeable. The car needed a repair of the power steering and pressure line hose. The turn around time was very quick! We received the call that his car was fixed after less than 24hrs. We'd highly recommend going to Hamilton and I know my boyfriend has found his new auto mechanic from now. They were very professional and made us feel very comfortable with entrusting them with our vehicle."
"I had a bent tie rod at 1 am and could not straighten my steering. I called Hamilton at 1:30. I could hardly understand the man who answered but he said his driver was picking up down the road and might be couple hours. I sat in my truck in the desert until 4 am waiting before I called back. He asked again where my location was and where I was going and said he'd have his driver there in 45 minutes. The driver arrived and was a nice enough young man but he could not pull the truck onto the flatbed due to the tires being turned. He tried a couple tricks but couldn't do it. He informed me I needed a wheel lift, which they had but didnt use because they were not trained to use it, apologized, offered me a ride, and then left. He was still new to the job so his lack of knowledge was forgivable but his boss, who was aware of the problem, should have stepped in and made use of additional equipment. After calling 6 more tow companies who wouldnt help, and being stranded over 9 hours, I was towed by a citizen with a flatbed trailer, ramps, and a wench. The truck was loaded without incident in under 20 mins and unloaded in 5."
