"For my daughter and son-in-law to big old tires really thought that they were some honest good people well my dad is dying of lung cancer and I have to travel to Illinois so I took my car there to get a oil change and they check my car out all of a sudden now I need a wheel alignment mine you I just had an all point inspection on my car because I only had it less than a month and everything that could be checked on. The car was checked but now I need a wheel alignment, so I’m thinking the next night I can leave because I got the oil change. I got a wheel alignment well, all my lights are coming on my car. My tire pressure was low on one side my lights out I called the next day like I can’t leave because the license take my car in he said when you got a nail in your tire and I hit the light and it came on , I didn’t drive my car anywhere from the time I left there from getting the oil change in the wheel alignment and then the next day I’m ready to go. This is what happened now they gave me a wheel alignment. They should’ve noticed that the tire had a nail in it so they plug the tire and hit the light. It came on all of my levels levels was off-balance. They didn’t even bother to balance the tires right so I took it across the street to discount tire and they did balance it out. He told me that they were all incorrect one had too much air in it. They were all wrong , I told these guys I’m about to drive 26 hours and they did hear about my safety. They was all Advantage and money and taking advantage of me and I’m already going through a hard time."

"Came down to the big o tires in San tan valley . Off hunt high way Went in for originally for an oil change then they listed all these repairs I need over 2k worth. Got a diagnosis from 2 people with what I needed done which was a throttle body sensor and tune up /new spark plugs along with minor other fixes . When I took my vehicle on 2/13 I was told we were doing a tune up replacing my sensor assembly and doing my brakes . Get my car back on 2/14 went over with the gentlemen all the work that was done tune up everything we cussed bit even a week later check engine light and service light still coming on after the repairs take it back down on 2/26 now are telling me I need a tune up and a throttle body unit replaced what they did was not the source of the fix yet I already paid for it and was never told of these issues that are now popping up . Wanting to charge me 800 when I just already paid 1069 for dices that was said to be done that was not . I will no longer take my bussiness with them if they will just run over innocent people. Charge you for work that was not done and did not properly give correct accurate information ."

"First time here and I am a forever customer. Single mom and was at a loss as to were to go so I chose Big O Tires on Hunt Hwy. The whole staff was absolutely amazing! So nice and friendly! Nice waiting area with beverages and popcorn. Decently priced and exceptional service! I was in the waiting area about 2 hours and saw them treat everyone that came in with a warm welcome and a smile. Such super cool guys! Joey was AWESOME!!!!"

"I've been coming to this location for years with all my vehicles. No matter who I get , the service is always excellent. The Service Advisors, Manager and Auto Technicians are always friendly. They explain whats required and give you reasonable repair times. In this day and age, to find friendly competent service is a bonus. Additionally their prices are competitive."
