"Went into the store today looking for product for someone else. I was approached by two people which was fantastic because I’m not super knowledgeable about the products as I don’t really dye my hair. The first female assisted me gave me good information, I quickly sent pictures to my friend and waited for her to tell me which brand to get for her, but the first female walked off and whispered about me in front of me to another employee. After my friend picked her product I went to check out. The first female, who mind you was not checking me out, made a public announcement to me in front of everyone waiting in line and her other staff, roughly 6-7 people, about my decision to turn down, purchasing more product to get a free product making sure that everyone thought I was stupid all because the person who actually was checking me out miscommunicated it. Highly dissatisfied with the customer service. From what I believe might have been the manager. When people go to the store specifically to spend money and receive help and are shamed for it, that’s just atrocious. I won’t be going back to that location. Gonna make sure my friends don’t either."

"The staff while making a purchase is friendly, forget it if you need to request a refund or service after your purchase. The staff advised me that if the product we purchased didn’t work out it could be returned. When we didn’t get the results we wanted and requested a refund or replacement the store manager refused to cooperate on the basis of fine print rather than principle of their staff incorrectly advising their clients. Poor business practice."

"This store has had five stars from me for years and every time I go in, they solidify their five star rating. They are very knowledgeable about hair color and care and have helped me find great news products and colors for years. They also have been careful and considerate of their staff and patrons the whole pandemic and one of the few places I have felt relatively safe. I was in today and they have already gone back to requiring everyone to mask inside, regardless of vaccine status, in order to follow the CDC's suggestions. I feel safer here than I did at some of my (now former) medical care facilities. Thank you very much for being so conscientious and careful-- it's greatly appreciated!"

"Sometimes I go there and the service is spectacular! Other times not so much. The manager Dianna is EXTREMELY rude and has no respect for personal boundaries. Every time I go in there she follows me around like I'm going to steal something, even when I don't have a purse or anything! If you struggle trying to pull out a card or cash to pay be prepared for attitude. It's sad, I no longer enjoy Sally's like I used to."
