"I hate giving bad reviews but this place is going to have to receive one. I called ahead to see if they had availability for a mani & pedi. She gave me a time to come in, and I still ended up waiting 30m. Which is annoying but not that serious. Here’s where I’m upset. She said she was leaving to get on a flight and I’d have to wait longer for Someone else. I said okay. She then came over and gave me a manicure anyway. It was the shortest most rushed manicure I’ve ever experienced in my life! She “soaked” my nails for about 10 seconds, barely trimmed my cuticles, did a horrible paint job and didn’t give me a massage. And charged me 25 dollars for that!!!! Seriously??? The pedicure was done by someone else and quite frankly wasn’t much better. Rushed through the entire pedicure & then massaged my legs for probably 3m. Then charged me 28 for that service (no classic pedicure should take 15m!) I only gave them a couple stars because the woman that painted my toes, was sweet & did a decent job painting them. They started my service (mani) at 3:45 & ended (my pedi) by 4:20. You could tell they were all just trying to go home. PS, they close at 5 on Sunday so it’s not like i was some jerk who walked in at 4:15 and asked for a full set with a pedi….. Very disappointing & I will not be returning."
