"I normally am not the type to leave reviews, especially bad ones, but Nicole's unprofessional behavior in this circumstance warrants one. Nicole gives great massages, but how she deals with customers is entirely inappropriate. I purchased a three-pack of massages through Groupon back in July with the intention of using the voucher for one massage each month. In that time frame, Nicole has cancelled on me several times, with no explanation whatsoever. I was disappointed, but figured something had come up, so didn't think anything of it and rescheduled my appointment for a different date. Last week, she cancelled my appointment again, on the day of, when I was already en route to her office. I was annoyed, not only because I had planned my day around this appointment and was looking forward to a much-needed massage, but also because I live an hour away from her office and had already traveled much of this (wasting gas and time). But again, I just rescheduled my appointment. Then today, when I showed up to the address her business is listed at on Maps, I realized I was in the wrong place, checked for the right address, and immediately drove there. As I was walking up to the office door (only five minutes past my appointment time), I got a notification that Nicole had cancelled my appointment again, considered it a no-show, and would not be providing a massage or a refund. She did not attempt to reach out to me before doing so. I called her to let her know that I was in fact there and just waiting to be let in to the building and explained that the incorrect address had been listed for her business, which is why I was a couple of minutes late. There was no answer and when she finally texted me, she was incredibly rude. She refused to reschedule my appointment or provide a refund, and would not do the massage, even for the shortened time (which I told her I was completely fine with, given I was five minutes late). She told me she has zero tolerance for late appointments, which is funny considering the same policy does not seem to apply when she cancels an appointment last minute on her end..."

"I received my first service this last Saturday 1/20/24. I received the 90 minute massage and it was amazing! Her pressure was perfect! The next day I emailed her about something and she was patient with me and was putting up with my nonsense. I appreciated the response and patient. Definitely will be seeing her again!"
