"Octavia in the west Tempe store on Baseline was more helpful than I have ever encountered in a beauty supply store. She helped me on the phone and in person and was tireless in helping me find what I wanted. She was upbeat, positive, helpful, and even fun. I was also impressed with the price of the item I purchased. It was very reasonable. I will be back to this store!"

"Around December 18 I walked by their store it was closed and it had what looked like a big pile of human excrement Outside. Two days later it was still out there. I can’t see how the person who unlock the door and all the rest of the employees wouldn’t have seen it but I went into the store anyway and I said you know that’s been there for at least a couple of days and all four gals at the front acted very surprised about it and grossed out. I come back Eight days later, and it is still there, but kicked down a little bit in front of Aarons rentals. So either there is somebody pooping on a regular in front of their door Or instead of disposing of it, they just moved it down and made it somebody else’s problem. Either way, not cool to pass It doesn’t make me feel great about the store"

"Outstanding store with a great selection of hair/products with exceptional staff!!! I would give Mars Beauty 10 stars if I could. We are Canadians, visiting Phoenix for a few days and loved our visit to Mars Beauty. The two black Queens working at the cashier, helped my daughter with the hair she wanted to buy and we had a nice chit chat as well. We got everything we wanted and more and will definitely be back."
