"Store attendant SAT on the floor as I asked about wanting two products I saw on the Sally's website. She said they don't have ANY lip stain. I said: "oh, here they are". She acted like I didn't exist, and she couldn't see or hear me. Good luck, you're on your own, at this Sally's!"

"Just went in and was welcomed exactly like this; “we close in 15 minutes you have to be done in 10” no hello no kindness whatsoever. Then, this lovely greeter stood in front of the color I was hurrying in to get while helping another customer. She ‘greeted’ another would be customer that decided to just leave with that rudeness. Then she stood in the way, never asked if my daughter and I were looking for something or needed help finding something to quicken our exit. Rude. Absolutely rude. As we left, no thank you no goodbye. I am going to call tomorrow and ask for the store manager and hope this young blonde girl was not it and ask that she please be taught we some manners."
