I tried to ask her to please fix all the uneven texture and poor shaping and she told me that it was because my nails were too short and it wasn’t going to be perfect. Paid full price, Tipped 5 dollars but I was dying inside. And she was talking about me to the other tech like it was my fault. It was very unfair."

"When the nail tech was taking my acrylics off she did the nail tip method to basically rip off the acrylic and it was so painful, I kept telling how painful it was because she kept getting under my real nail. My dip manicure looks like absolute trash. She ripped some of my real nails off when taking off the acrylic and then used a tip for the ones that got too short. They’re all uneven in length, some are square, some rounded. Some are bulging with excessive product, some have dips in the middle… it’s just a total mess and what is worse is these manicure was to be for my wedding anniversary. This was my second time going to this salon, once for a pedicure before and I wasn’t too thrilled with that either. Gave it another chance tonight with my dip manicure and my experience was so bad I don’t even care to call them to complain or have them fixed. I would never send anyone I know to this salon."

"What?!? I came here for the first time today and I just want to say my nails came out so cute! My original nail lady cancelled on me and I scrambled to go find a new place because we are going to Disneyland in a couple days.. I get hesitant on asking for nail art cause I just never know how its gonna come out (at least my nail lady gets a photo well in advance so she gets it done). But this guy did such a great job...I'm literally slapping my forehead cause I didn't get his name!! But he has long hair and is sitting in the station by the window on the right as you walk in. And he was so patient and made sure I was happy with the designs. I would absolutely go back. I paid $65 for the fill and the art..this did not include tip."
