Massage Envy

"I am extremely disappointed with this company. I had prepaid for six services to gift to employees last year, and I completely forgot about them until now. When I tried to access my account, I found out that it was frozen, and I was told that I needed to pay for a new membership. This is not what I signed up for. I paid for services and credits, not a membership. I still have four credits remaining, but now I'm being told to pay a $75 monthly membership fee for an $80 service. This is unacceptable. As a loyal customer, I expect to be treated with fair. It is not right to punish me for a mistake that was made on your end. I urge you to reconsider and find a solution that works for both of us."
