"this store back when I had been in highschool when I had been a student at Palo Verde Highschool years 2006-2010 had been great definitely great pricings had loved it it's been years since then now 2023 and prices have definitely raised quite a bit most definitely for human hair extensions I remember back when human hair extensions back when I had been in highschool had only been literally in price range $20-$23 no joke unbelievable how much they had gone up and how popular they have gotten and especially how much the brand that had been priced at $20-$.. now in price range is from $70-$160 but the pricing on all items have definitely gone up and especially in the last few years with the whole COVID and virus it's unbelievable but no complaints I totally understand and there is nothing wrong with the pricing now I agree and completely understand had just mentioned just to remember the good old days and memories purchasing extensions just the time and feel then always changing my hair up and styling so many different looks well always be a very good memory thank you Sally's for making it happen then wouldn't have been there and been without you're guys help and beauty products and items and I appreciate it thank you so much will always be a memory I hold close thank you Sally's beauty salon and especially this specific store being right there beside my highschool and my wonderful crazy beautiful highschool and special moments and memories lots of love ♡"

"Gentleman who assisted us knew his stuff regarding bleaching and dying hair. Was able to answer all of our questions competently and accurately. He was very pleasant to work with, and gave us all the time that we needed, still while being able to assist other customers with their questions and check out. He let me know about the credit card promotion, in order to save me the $20 on my order that came with it. Rather than just skipping it over, as has been my experience at most business's employees. It made for a nice, personable experience."

"Not impressed with Mercedes or her co worker. Item rang up 6.99 instead of 5.99, when daughter advised her. She gave attitude she's said she would change it but that price is wrong and should not be posted. Her attitude was horrible. It was not a sale price but a regular marked item. She had also told another customer, "are you going to move it" (turn display with nose rings)"or just stand there?" When I asked the coworker the associates name as she had at that point left to remove price, she said I don't think I'm at liberty to divulge that information. When the associate came back I asked her name and she told me Mercedes. Normally people are nice and helpful but she made this by far worst experience ever there!"
