"The Sally’s on Wetmore rd is the worst store out of all the Sally’s in Tucson. The manager is very rude doesn’t know her store policies that she claims to quote she handed me the receipt and told me to read it my self which I did. she clearly was making up her own policy because it was 100% different then what is printed on the receipt. Then proceeded to stand by her false information basically saying the receipt return policy was wrong and her policy was correct. I recommend going to any other Sally’s just avoid the wetmore rd location if you want to be treated with respect and told truthful information."
"Me and my daughter had a HORRIBLE time in this place! I had over $100 in my hand where they could clearly see it and they still treated us as if we were gonna steal! Get over yourself workers! The product that this location is definitely not the best. We decided to order our hair dye online so we ended up not purchasing anything from the store. As we were walking out they followed us out making things really uncomfortable! These workers all need a class in customer service eticit"
