"I went into the shop when I lost my vape on the bus. I only had $11 in total and Ryan was able to sell me an older version of the vape I had, a Smok Novo. It was on clearance so I was able to get it. I had to return to the store about a week later and he helped me figure out the problem and told me to bring it back for a replacement if I had any more problems. Unfortunately I did end up having to replace the device, absolutely not at the fault of the store, it just had an issue that we couldn't troubleshoot. They did replace it and all is great now. They're extremely friendly and helpful and I feel like we need to promote and support stores and local small businesses by shopping and sharing experiences. I'm tired of giving my money to rude or condescending jerks who don't appreciate MY business. Help support this place. Also, just an fyi, if you frequent the Pigeon Coop meeting spot, you get an extra 10% off of all sales. Go see Ryan and co, they're phenomenal!"
