"Defective product , but per the policy if something comes out. It’s your problem not theirs. So I have a product that is clearly defective, it’s loose when you pull and minimal smoke comes out. Seeing that I purchase this product often, even after charging it’s clear - it’s defective. No it’s not the stores fault it’s the brands fault but the store policy - just buy another one - is ridiculous. Buying another vape isn’t the problem; possibly getting another defective is… That’s all . Thanks."
