"I come here from time to time and I usually have a good experience but not today. I had bought a pen from here exactly 6 days ago and the pen did not work. When I bought the pen the lady who sold it to me said if something happens and it didn't work to bring it in with the receipt and we could exchange it for a new one. So that's exactly what I did. The pen wouldn't charge and it wouldn't function properly. When I went to return it, a different worker said they couldn't exchange that brand for a new one and that it was probably just the charger. She took it out of the box and broke the charger in half. Then grabbed another charger and tried it with the pen. She said it was just the charger and that it would be 3 bucks for a new one. I told her what I was originally told that we could return it and she fought me on it and said to come back tomorrow to talk to the manager. I enjoyed coming here but after the experience today I won't be coming here again. How you gonna sell me something, brake part of it, not let me exchange it and expect me to buy the part you broke?? Rude customer service to say the least. $17 bucks down the drain for nothing. Thanks."
