"Dani Dental has failed on customer service, product durability, and lack of upper management to communicate with their customers. We have tried to get calls back from upper management, Gabby, with zero response as of date. It takes several phone call to get billing straightened out. We have requested a price list 3 times and still have not received one to compare out invoices against. When the product fails or color shade is wrong, we return immediately only to receive it back with an additional charge for them to correct their original mistake. The driver for the lab is extremely friendly, and the ladies that take the scheduling pick up request are very helpful, but unfortunately anyone we have had dealings with or lack of dealings with fall very short of customer satisfaction. The owners should revaluate whom they are placing in charge of the facility and step up their game on Quality Control."
