"RACHELL.... LISTEN TO EVEEYBODY AND TRY TO ALWAYS ASK TO GET RACHEL..She is not one of the best... she is the best of the best customer services employe, every single question was answered in less than 5 seconds, even when she deal with pressure all day, people in bad mood, people yelling, losing control... everything.. she can handle the customers, and finds the way to put a smile on their faces even when they are in a bad mood. I really hope she gets a good raise or becomes a manager or supervisor because it'll be a huge mistakes if they let her go in the future. You can replace any person... but you cannot replaces Rachel.. because any person can do that type of job... but only Rachel can do the job that great... she deserves to become a manager one day.. I bet the company won't regret it.. there are employees that are shy to speak Spanish just because they have an accent or just because they don't want to.. Rachel keeps working on her Spanish.. and she takes the challenges to speak a language that she is still learning just to help out Hispanic community... honestly if it wasn't for her today.. I was going to look for another company because I had a bad experience lately... she changed my mind and I stayed... so, if one day Rachel decides to try a new job.. a new company,, you guys will regret it so bad, and illl be the first one to leave this company, because she makes me feel welcome and I feel like you guys are there for me.. I wish I could give 100 million starts raiting. Thansk so much Rachel for everything. I hope the next time we talk you tell me that you got a raise or you became a supervisor or manager. Thanks for treated me that well. I'm definitely recommending more people to the this insurance company."
