"I had purchased a Lost Mary less then a week ago. It suddenly stopped working so I called and a young guy answered the phone call normal. I had explained my situation to him and asked if there was something he could do for me. He decided to act like he couldn’t talk or hear me. which is very disrespectful. Once i proceeded to ask for the manager he completely was acting like he could not speak at all. Bingo Smoke is my go to but after the horrible customer service and disrespect I will not want to purchase from them anymore. Customer satisfaction should be #1 priority."
