"Title: Disappointing Customer Service Experience at Starbucks Location As a frequent customer of Starbucks, I have visited this location on numerous occasions, both as a customer and as a rideshare driver picking up orders for customers. While I have generally received fair service as a customer, I must express my disappointment with the customer service experience, particularly towards delivery drivers, during my visit today, March 20. Upon entering the store, I found the atmosphere to be lacking in warmth and hospitality. Despite there being six employees present, the majority of them seemed more focused on their own conversations than attending to customers. I stood at the counter for at least 3 to 4 minutes waiting to pick up an order, yet not a single employee acknowledged my presence until prompted by the cashier, a young lady wearing glasses. When I finally indicated that I was there to pick up an order for a customer, the response was lackluster at best. One of the workers simply dropped the order on the counter and walked away without a word. This lack of respect and basic courtesy towards customers, especially those picking up orders on behalf of others, is unacceptable. As a result of this experience, I have decided that I will no longer be doing business with this particular Starbucks location. While I understand that mistakes can happen, the consistent lack of professionalism and respect demonstrated by the staff leaves much to be desired. As a rideshare driver, I will fulfill orders for customers if necessary, but I urge the individuals at this store to prioritize customer respect and service in the future."

"Kind of random on service. You never really know how the drive-thru visit is going to go. It has the air of being a "training site" as the people seem to be constantly changing and you get the feeling they're still learning. The most accurate assessment would be "lacks consistency"."

"I've really started to hate this local. This was once my go to but now. Every time I go here they mess up my order. My wife will order something crazy, specify the pumps of each item and it comes out correct. I get an oatmilk late or a coffee with sugar and they make it wrong each time. Today my black coffee was ice cold in a hot cup. They must have been out of coffee because I asked them to remake it and I got an americano. Just tell me you dont have any, I'll order something else. Not greated at the window. "Here are your drinks." And the price Were the only words spoken at the window."

"Writing this review as I'm sitting inside the store. Did a mobile order and waited 30 minutes, yet had not received my drink. It was understandable as it was 7:30 in the morning and there was a huge crowd trying to get their coffees. As I was waiting, one of the staff asked what was my order and minutes later, my coffee came. I'd like to ask everyone to be extra patient during holiday season and these guys are working hard to satisfy your needs. To all the staff, you're doing amazing. Thank you."

"Very busy place, and it took about 20 minutes to get my order. I experimented by adding match to the Pumpkin Cream Latte. It was delicious. Busy corner and drive through."
