"I just moved here and have an amazing experience here in Tucson and coming to this shop. But today was by far the worst service as far as friendly customer service goes. The girl at the counter that checked me out was very rude and had the worst attitude. Between being on her phone and a bad attitude. Not my favorite experience here. Overall though I would give them a 5/5 with their prices and selection."

"As a single mother of TWO kids, I have been absolutely blessed with this shop. They always welcome myself and my kids into the store, even though it’s a smoke shop “adult” store. They always give my kids candy, cookie or a balloon as long as they have been good. As it being a smoke shop “adult” store they ask that kids don’t go into the glass area. They have never asked me to keep my kids in the car, and they have never told me they aren’t welcome. I absolutely enjoy going into this shop because ALL staff are friendly and welcoming. I have built a “friendship” in a sense with each staff member. They are always giving advice and always take feed back on product. I usually stick to one thing and when I try something different I tell them how it was. Thank you all so much for everything you do! I appreciate you all."

"As a single father they wouldn't let me in the store with my 7 year old daughter while I was holding her hand! These guys are not family oriented and have lost my business 100% like I'll leave me kid in my car with the hot weather! Absolutely ridiculous!!!"
