"Needed a 510 vape battery, so I stopped here and saw 2-3 employees helping one customer. I thought wow, I’m going to be able to walk right in and out! Not one of the multiple employees looked in my direction as I first walked in. One glanced very briefly but said nothing after about 10 minutes of me standing there on my phone. The group of them and the customer just kept saying the same joke about “well I hope this is the one my husband wanted lololol” and other similar stuff so I gave up after 15 minutes of being invisible. I was never spoken to. Stuff like this sells itself but there has to be SOME service of some kind at some point in a given visit. I got the battery elsewhere (right after leaving here empty handed) so thankfully I won’t need to return here. Patronize local places that at least act like they care about your business."

"False advertising on Google maps it literally says a tobacco shop, but when you arrive it says no tobacco, what a joke please adjust to glass shop if that's all you have"

"I’ve only ever met one of the owners but if your ever on this side of town or hit up curaleaf next door you should definitely stop by even if you don’t plan to buy anything they are supper nice more then willing to help or answer any questions , my favorite thing about this smoke shop is I’ve never felt weird and or pressured to leave or buy anything. I feel very much comfortable shopping here, two big bonus first it’s locally owned second they don’t sell anything regarding oil or oil rigs, it’s always lovely to see and know that!"
