"Rude people at the customer service desk! Me and my wife return because we have store credit from a return we made. As we are checking out, we are told we need a pin to use it. No PIN or any details about receiving an email were provided for us. Not only that, they were rude and a bunch of know it alls. Fix your employees' attitudes. This is why Costco is better!"

"This location has been my Sam's Club for a number of years. Easy access off of Bell Road and ample parking. I make it a point to be there when the doors open to avoid the rush. Inventory is adequate although in the recent past I have discovered products on the shelves close to their expiration dates. I recommend using the Scan and Go app. Very efficient."

"We come to this Sam's club all the time I like the new tables in the food court. They are big and nice with kids now easy to sit and eat. The only thing I don't like big lines in the food court takes 25 to 30 min on weekends just order because the person who is taking orders will help a couple of people and will go and make food so there will be no one to take orders. They don't re stock toilet paper or wet wipes on weekends when we go most of the time empty."

"Do NOT GO HERE FOR TIRES!!! I bought a set of 4 Goodyear Eagles here last year and came for a repair this morning….after waiting over two hours, they sent me away telling me to be repair was done and gave me the paperwork….I only made it 7 miles down the road and my tire went flat all of a sudden, almost causing an accident. I had to bring my car to Big O, where they found FOUR HOLES AND A TEAR IN MY TIRE SEAM!!! I could have DIED ON THE 51 FWY. Big O helped me document the situation and SAMS CLUB WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE!!!!!! I am obtaining a lawyer. DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR CAR! The manager is worse than the technician. And he almost killed me."

"(RUDE MANAGER) I have been a customer at this Sam's Club for over 4 years, making purchases of over $500 dollars weekly every month. However, today I decided to give it a one-star rating, the lowest possible, due to the extremely rude manner in which the manager treated me. I had a cart full of over $800 dollars worth of products that took me more than 40 minutes to load onto the cart while trying to pay the bill through the phone app since I didn't have my wallet with me. The person I spoke to treated me poorly for the first time and said, "We're closed, go to the front!" in a harsh manner with a hateful look, as if I had done something wrong. When I reached the front due to my desperation to pay, something went wrong with the app, and it temporarily blocked me. One of the cashiers tried to help me and was very nice, treating me better than anyone else there, including the manager who is supposed to set an example. I could even see her willingness to help. But suddenly, the same manager reappeared and said I couldn't pay by entering the card number. At that moment, I was just trying to resolve the issue. I had been in the store for 1 hour and 20 minutes, wanting to pay and leave. However, this lady practically kicked me out of the store. I pleaded and begged her to let me pay with my card, telling her that my livelihood was on the line, but she refused. She told me to come back tomorrow. I explained that I had wasted a lot of time filling up the cart, but she didn't care. After begging so much, I decided to leave since this lady kept saying, "It's not possible, go away." She couldn't make an exception for a good customer who just wanted to pay somehow. I hope that one day the cashier becomes the manager of the place. She deserves it much more."
