"I went through the drive in to pick up my dietbets medication, employee Michelle at 19th Ave and Baseline location (Phoenix AZ) told me there was a $125 co-pay. The next day I see I was charged the entire ammount $820.66. I called the next day and was told they don't accept my AHCCS/United Health Care Insurance. \n\nNow I don't know how I'm going to pay my mortage and get food if my insurance company doesn't pay me back."

"Maria DEFINITELY bought and owns this CVS/PHARMACY location. She had to buy it yesterday or this morning because Maria at the pharmacy treated me as if I disturbed her peace by coming in there to pick up a and try to purchase a gift for someone which was just a greeting card and a candle. Maria at the pharmacy is the rudest customer service representative I’ve had face-to-face, she was flat out rude, her attitude WAS HORRIBLE her coworker next to her found it very funny. She laughed while taking her customer, the pharmacist whomever she was a black lady in pink scrubs seemed ok with it. I visited Maria CVS pharmacy today and I probably should have kept my little uneducated self away from Maria’s pharmacy today because Maria was not having it and how dare I come to Maria’s pharmacy and disturbed her peace today, little ole me , so until next time Maria, I’ll make sure I am a better customer next time because there will be a next time Maria take care Maria bye for now Maria"

"My Rx was requested to be filled and then two days later never received an update on my request. When I called the pharmacist said I never requested it. I told her I did and then she said it was cancelled. When asked who it was cancelled by she refused to answer saying the system didn’t let her know that information. When I asked if the pharmacist or the pharmacy tech cancelled my order from the doctor she refused to Answer when o asked who is being held accountable for my heart medicine not getting filled. After I told her that she said it would be ready in 30 minutes. When I walked in to get my med staff were very rude and not welcoming at all. The pharmacy tech rolled her eyes and threw my med on the counter. This is such a horrible place but I go there for the close proximity of my house."
