"This is specifically for the pharmacy.. on multiple occasions whenever you call them the quickest I have got a person on the phone is 30 min and that is if your lucky and they don't just hang up on you after waiting, resulting in you starting the process completely over. Extremely unprofessional and not a care in the world for anyone's time. Avoid this place if you can."

"Walgreens pharmacy used to be amazing. Yesterday my daughter needed a prescription for severe ear infection with pink eye. After waiting for 10 minutes in line my husband was told that he had to go to another line to update her insurance. Then they proceeded to tell him it's $125. So I call and ask them what insurance they have on file and it turns out it's a very very old one even though I had just been in there one month ago with her new insurance and updated it. Come to find out they don't even accept that insurance anymore. So I call Walmart to have them get the prescription sent over to them. one day later I'm wondering why I haven't received an updated message to let me know I can pick it up and it turns out Walgreens still hasn't released the prescription to another pharmacy. This place is the worst. I was calling yesterday and sat on hold for 20 minutes before someone finally picked up the line even though it kept ringing and being placed back on hold. when they finally came on and asked me to hold again I yelled no very loudly so they would finally in a 2 minute conversation be able to solve whatever issue I had which they couldn't."
