"I do not suggest you get any service done here. I had to actually stop the tech and get up and leave during my pedicure after watching her butcher my toenails. Clipped way too short, some were completely jagged, and filing/shaping was almost non-existent. I had to actually have my toenails repaired with acrylic at another spa the same day, to make them look normal. I do not recommend this salon to anyone."

"Normally I go to Chandler to get my nails done but a busy schedule this week so I decided to try this place. I got a fill with gel polish. I don’t know what chemicals she put on my nails but they burned for about 3 hours. When she used the drip bits, she kept hitting my cuticles so now they are super sensitive and red. Applying the acrylic powders, she glued down my skin. I had to stop her and ask her to clean them up because she was about to paint them. They are not all the same length, when filing them down, she did not reshape them, and they are lumpy. This was probably the most painful and frustrating application I have ever had."

"(10/14/23) Jeesh where do I even Begin, Honeslty this is by far the worst place I have ever been to!! I Just came in on saturday with my bestfriend to do a nails day because the other place i usually go to do my nails was super crowded , so we thought we try something new!!! I regret soo much going here. I Just asked for a basic acrylic white french tips but the lady kept pushing me do a different a color other than white and i kept telling her no cuz i like a basic white tip for work, but she kept pushin me to do a different color, then to top it off i told her i wanted my nails shorter and she didnt even bother to do it! my nails came out soo dang aweful very bulky and the tips werent even tip there were so un even and they just look so terrible i couldnt believe it!!! The even messed up on my friends manicure where they even had to remove the gel and then charged for it !!! I really advise not to go to this place, its not worth a penny out of ur money!!! I dont even know how this place is still open !"

"Just moved from NY. Looking for a new salon. I went in for dip powder and pedicure on a Thursday. By Sunday my nails had chipped were full and a couple of them broke. I went back in on Monday. He tried to tell me it was my fault they broke. I was away for the weekend and no house work dishes or anything. He fixed them. TWO DAYS LATER same thing! They were rude the person at the desk barely looked up from her phone when I came in the first time. Pedicure smudged even after he said they were good. Will NEVER go back to this place! These photos are literally not even a week after they were “fixed” the second time!"
