"My niece wanted a sweet treat and I wanted some boba. She never tried boba before and I was not sure if she would like it. I asked the employee if my niece could try a small sample of her drink with the boba and she said yes. Fantastic customer service and the employee made for a memorable experience. My niece liked the boba and smoothie. Thank you for going above and beyond to allow her a chance to try boba in her drink. We’ve been back many times since then to get more boba. Each time it’s delicious, the staff are friendly, and we have great time."

"Boso Donuts Good customer relations in business is priceless. Bad customer relations can cause financial ruins. Would you risk the success of your livelihood over $3.59 + tax? I sent this complaint on Bosa Donuts website. Will they respond? Employees refused to make good on a large hot cocoa that was extremely watered down. No refund or equivalent substitution of merchandise. They refused to give their name or the manager's name. I have one question. AITA? AITA (Am I The A$$whole) I have relayed my tale to four strangers, Bosa D website , YouTube, and Facebook. This should not have been this hard."

"I have been to this location 3 times since it has opened. I'm so happy its near me. I love BoSa. I've decided to try new items I don't ever get. Today I got a honeydew smoothie, a breakfast croissant and a bagel with cream cheese. Wellllll, that honeydew smoothie is a keeper. I love it to death. I can't believe I've never tried it before. The bagel is huge! It's also so soft and chewy. I can't get enough. My croissant is for lunch so ill have to see how that goes. But their croissants have always been flakey and delicious."
