"I came here for a septum stretch and Nico was fantastic. He was professional and answered all my questions. When he did the stretch he explained it all the way through. When it was time to do the stretch, he took it slowly and repeated asked if I was experiencing any pain. I could tell he was knowledgeable and wanted me to feel comfortable throughout the process. I was also impressed with his hand hygiene, he changed gloves multiple times, kept a sterile field, and used sanitizer. My daughter wants her navel pierced and Nico has definitely earned my business and we will be seeing him soon for her piercing."
