"I have their app and I order a lot on it starting in the new year day after I made about five separate orders. I was informed that all of my order was canceled and I still have not received refunds for the ones that I paid with Apple Cash when I contacted back and body Works customer service. They told me that they don't take the money out until you pick up the order and they literally hung up on me when I told him that they were incorrect because the money immediately came out of my Apple Cash. I have yet to see my money back."

"My daughter wanted to go to Bath & Body on our journey to the mall. I love that they have lots of different items (for women, men, candles, etc). However, it's very easy to over smell and get your sense of smell on overdrive. Luckily they have a sink where you can just wash off various products you may have tested (with their soap I think!). Very helpful and friendly staff members too!"
"Nice place most the time but today was upsetting. They put an item on hold for earlier in the day, said they had the item, and we would be able to buy it same day. I show up and they were sold out since Thanksgiving I was told. Why would you do that?? They had our name and everything. No apologies or any help to try to get us what we called for.
