"DO NOT HAUL FREIGHT TO THIS LOCATION. Its very simple, appointment times matter. If a company is late delivering a load it's refused. Then it takes days to get a new apartment. When the load is on time expect to wait all day to be received. There's something fundamentally wrong in the receiving department. It needs to be addressed. Otherwise you're going to start losing transport companies. Time is money, it's not free. Shipping rates are going to go up for this company again. Not because of inflation. Mainly because of receiving practices. This problem starts at the top. Lead by example or hire a leader who can."

"Not too bad..... Entrance is on the SW corner on Magnolia. Strictly appointments. There are multiple drivers outside, cuase the gate opens when there's a dock open. The warehouse person came to the gate and 4 drivers checked it. Fairly easy. I was sent to the "extra" warehouse space next door, east. On the northside, easy instructions, fast unloading, I was the only one there. Thanks Guys!! Hope to see you soon."
