"Customer service was good at one point till i had spend about 30$ on loose leafs and swishers and they were all dried and they couldnt help that i had to speak to the manager about getting exchange on there dried product and he still got mad like they anit cheap . All i wanted was an exchange for some wraps that werent dried . Disappointing not a real smoke shop ! More like a snack store . What kind of store has a system to returned there ruined products and still have to wait next day to speak to the manager . Waste of time . save your time guys and just go to AJS Smokes shop they solid there and keep there wraps fresh"
