"Went to put money on my SRP box using CASH and was told that it declined. How does cash decline for to put money on a box. This isn’t my first bad experience with this specific 7/11. The manager and his workers are beyond lazy. Will not be going back."

"Manager says you cannot make a payment to SRP after 8 pm. I called SRP right after and was told the cash at checkout option is 24 hours and that manager lied. Great place to go to get stabbed in the parking lot though I guess."

"Signs, yes more then one, posted on the entrance doors about state law and requirement to wear masks. I guess that doesn't apply to this 7/11. Customers coming in to make purchases with no masks. What can you expect when the employee?? Not sure if it's owner isn't wearing one either. I was there at 1pm on July 8th, 2020. Honestly I think I will skip this store and go circle k."

"At 5925 West Olive Avenue in Glendale, AZ, at about 10 am, today, January 3, 2019, I was about to buy two gift cards and a Perrier soda when your employee, an Asian looking man with an accent, asked me if I was going to steal those. He also was staring at me the entire time. i am from another area in the city and was just thirsty and saw an opportunity to buy a couple of gift cards as presents as well. But I never felt so insulted in my life! I do not need to steal nor will I ever steal anything I am a Christian and a fervent believer in the Bible's commandment of not stealing. i will never again return to that store as long as that man is there."
