"This location was extremely busy at the time I stopped in to pick up a prescription. I expected a long & stressful wait, but the pharmacy staff had perfect line management! The staff was extremely friendly and the pharmacist even stepped up to assist with customers which I have never seen in any pharmacy. I do have give special kudos to Rosa, who assisted me with a passion for her job and outgoing personality. My RX was supposed to be $222.57, but Rosa found a coupon that saved me $44.00! I definitely appreciate Rosa going above and beyond! I enjoyed my experience especially when I was \"expecting to be frustrated with a long wait\"...pleasantly surprised! My new favorite pharmacy and employee, Rosa!! Great job with customer service and line management by all! Thank you!!"

"We had a terrible time getting my prescription. Never received notification updates on my prescription. Never answered any time we tried to call, we couldn’t physically check in on our prescription after coming home from the hospital so it was incredibly frustrating waiting on the phone multiple times for 30 mins to have nobody answer. My husband finally went in to see if my prescription was there and the woman at the pharmacy desk was incredibly rude to him and short and even rudely asked him to speak up. My husband never complains about anything and he came home pretty irritated at the whole situation. I hope this won’t be our experience going forward. The employee at the regular checkout (not pharmacy) were lovely though and very friendly."

"This is one of the busier, and less well kept up CVS stores on the area. My rating is, especially, a reflection on their COVID testing having been a mess of an experience. -- Everything was running late, chaotic, and they mixed up my results with someone else's. As the service gets back on track, I will update the review... But, for now, it is a mess."
