She found a key that was unrelated to the storage facility, looked into it and found that we were the only ones in the area in the last day. She called me right away and I was able to identify it. This was a very important key that would have been difficult and expensive to replace, I didn't even realize it was missing. I know it can be a trying job sometimes but she was so upbeat and informative I felt like family and that means a lot to me. She took me through the signup procedure, explaining all the nuances of the contract and "rules of the road" and took me to see the space to make sure I knew where it was. It was clean, well lit and ready to go. I was also surprised by the way she expressed her pride in keeping the entire facility neat and clean, even to the point of apologizing for a missing cart and knowing where the others could be found.
