CVS Pharmacy

"After 15 minutes of being on hold, twice, we were disconnected. Drove to the store and talked with the pharmacist. She said they were too busy to answer the phone. She then said it would take 20 minutes to fill the prescription that we ordered two days ago. Forty minutes later, we're still waiting. Go to Fry's ... go to Walgreens. Go somewhere else, but do not come to this pharmacy."

"Representative did not have my prescription ready and stated they ordered it 16 days ago. If I was not happy to go to another pharmacy Walgreens, etc."

"Recently relocated to Arizona. Had to transfer my RX. Picked up today thru the drive thru Super friendly and great customer service at Tanque Verde location"

"Doesn't deserve the 1 star I was forced to give it. Absolutely embarrassed for anyone associated with this location. I have been a CVS customer for several years with great service where ever I was. Recently transferred to this location due to closing of the one I was at, this location has been nothing but rude and flat out telling lies! I understand being busy, even overwhelmed but the staff I have had to deal with here has no business serving the public as the face of CVS Tanque Verde. I will no longer use this location and possibly even this company at this point. I truly feel sorry for those with fewer options and are stuck here, it's sad."

"I don't usually write negative reviews, but this place repeatedly has hung up on us when trying to contact them via the phone. Maybe they are nice and helpful, but the business itself is not run well if they can't even answer their phones. I'm guessing they are overworked and that's why they usually hang up on both my girlfriend and I. Sometimes this will happen after being on hold for almost a half an hour."
