"Peak incompetence! Hi I'm here to pick up my prescription. Yes sir, got it, it will be ready in about 15 minutes. *20 minutes pass Hi I'm here to pick up my prescription. Yes sir, it will be ready in 45 minutes? The other lady said 15. She was mistaken. It's 45 minutes sir! *1 hour goes by Hi I'm here to pick up my prescription. Yes sir, it looks like i made a mistake this time and entered the wrong info. So we had to fax it over to the doctor to be redone because of my mess up. Forget it! I will use another pharmacy from now on! CVS lost my business forever!! Incompetence- inability to do something successfully; ineptitude."

"Not a huge person to post reviews, but if there is ever a time it’s now. CVS is undergoing a lot of staffing issues, yes… but that’s most places. Unfortunately it’s beyond anyone’s control, and there are humans behind the desk, not robots, doing their best to keep up with demand. I’ve seen tons of “rants” about cvs lately and I just want to say how appreciative I am of this one in particular. Whether it’s me or my family members, including one that has her own last name (so there’s no evident relation resulting in any favoritism), they’ve always gone above and beyond. When my daughter had her tonsils taken out, Pierce in particular was super helpful and went above and beyond to make sure the meds were ready for us to pick up on our way back from Tucson. Everyone here at this location has been great. Let’s cut them a break while they’re having to pick up the slack for the other one."

"They've cut hours significantly, and we've been left without meds because they even close 10-15 min earlier than their new posted hours. Looking elsewhere for another pharmacy because everything good about this location has gone away in the past 6 months."

"Today July 14th closed at 5:00, for maintenance! Wonderful! No warning! I called earlier to make sure all my scripts were ready. Yes would be ready for pick-up today! No one me mentioned closing early. Thank you for a two trip for nothing!"
