"I was in and saw Dr Alicia Miller Jan 16,2024. Had blood drawn on Jan 22, 2024. Dr had said results in 2-4 weeks. Gal who drew my blood said 4-6 weeks. They do send it elsewhere. So now it’s March 11th and no word back from drs office. Have called numerous times, left messages and no call back from anybody. Once they get your money and it’s not cheap this blood work, they just don’t care. Don’t go here."
"I called several times. Nobody answers. Several voicemails left. No return calls. Fill out the form online? Did that too. Still no call back. Terrible customer service. What a disappointment this place is. ***UPDATE: These people also lie. Their response says their call records show they have called me back. THIS IS A LIE. I have received no calls and no messages from them. Unbelievable. Nice ethical behavior."
"Unprofessional, rude, lack of communication from the doctor to the patient, an experience I never want to deal with again. I was expecting a whole different experience from what I ended up getting. Going to Natura Medica for the first time I was excited and also hopeful into getting my imbalanced hormones fixed and properly regulating my body. I met Dr. Judy Gianna for the first time and she was very nice and I felt confident that things would go well in time. After my first visit I was recommended to do a meal challenge since the Dr. wanted to see my intake of sugar through my glucose ( a reason she felt my body was not properly regulating) that I very much went through, however the problems began happening when It was excuse after excuse getting a hold of the Dr. just to ask questions and concerns I had regarding to the meal challenge. It went from "she is out of the country" to "she is not in the office". Not even a gesture of I can leave a message for the Dr. It was rude and unprofessional coming from the multiple receptionist I had to speak to. As a month went by, I still had no communication from the Dr. until one day the receptionist called and told me Dr. Gianna would call. I had my phone on me for hours and no call. Here I am embarrassing myself calling the clinic saying I have not heard from the Dr. and their response was "she should be calling at any moment", never happened. I received an apologetic email from Gianna stating she had a last minute family emergency. I was very understanding , but the lack of communication continued on. I did go through the meal challenge and within weeks I had a phone call of a follow up with Gianna, reminder it was my first time speaking to her since my first official visit with her in person in September, and now it is December. I then noticed this morning that I was charged 148$ and I had to call the clinic and see why I was being charged such an amount. This receptionist was beyond rude and disrespectful and her attitude was uncomfortable that I had to end the call because I felt I was being targeted for noticing her mistake that she admitted for charging me an amount that wasn't suppose to be charged from the start. I told her I had a phone call follow up with Gianna that was not only 15 minutes, but it wasn't even at the time it was scheduled. Again I had to work around their schedule and waiting around when I already scheduled ahead for a time that was convenient for the Dr. and I. Not only did this receptionist admit to her mistake for the overcharge, she began saying oh the cost should have been 70$, then 95$. Numbers that made no sense for a 15 minute phone call that I had to wait extra because the Dr. wasn't ready on time that was originally scheduled. From this experience, the worst was the nasty attitude the receptionist gave me when I told her that all this has already costed me so much, yet I am seeing no change or good results that I was hopeful for. Her response was inappropriate that you should never speak to a clinical patient of "I know you mentioned before that you could not afford this and some people that don’t have good insurance just cant afford it. I had to speak to the manager and explain the worst experience I had let alone I put almost 500$ worth to Natura Medica to get nothing but loss of my money. I had to end it and walk away from unprofessional and lack a team that don’t know to how to put priority to their patients the way I thought that they did. I hope the next place I go to wont eat my money for the selfish reason. I was hopeful to getting my body regulated and answers to what I can do to regulate those hormones, instead I got lack of communication and a disrespectful team. Be careful before going and giving your money to a place that didn't respect me or my needs of wanting the help I was hoping to get."
"I have been seeing Dr. Rose for women’s health for years, and she is amazing if you need a provider to help with TTC or fertility issues. I needed a blood draw after another doctors office messed up the request etc. I called, and within less than 24 hours I was able to schedule the blood draw after the staff coordinated with Dr. Rose for the order. The blood draw was the best I’ve ever had, and I hate getting blood drawn! The new clinic is wonderful and the covid safety precautions are exceptional, thoughtfully done, and a step above the rest!"
"I have had the pleasure of working with Dr. Kam Tecaya. I have heard great things about the other doctors at naturemedica just never worked with them. My expirence here has been good up until about 8 months ago. When they got the new staff in the front office. The only one that has been there from when I became a patient is Bianca. (Who is also very amazing if u get to work with her.) The lady who is suppose to take your blood is worthless and so is the office manager. Ever since this lady replaced the dude they used to have my appointment wait time doubles. I arrive 15 min. Before my appointment time ALWAYS. The 3 times I had to get blood done i waited 30 mins to an hour past my appointment time. Just to be met with excuses coming from her. If u have an issue and need to speak to the medical manager she will leave the minute she hears u ask to speak with her. (Yes, she did exactly that on 3.15.18 when i asked to speak with her.) I was told I would get a call from her. No call ever came. Not surprised. I have recommended this place to 8 people and out of the 8 people 6 of them actually go here now because of me. I WILL not recommend the Office any more. Not until they get better staffing in the front, and a smarter iv lady. One who knows how to manage time and who is smart enough to look at her schedule to see what patients she has and what time their appointments are. I contacted the 6 people who go here and they too had issues with the blood lady so they are now with another doctor. I will stay with tecaya. She is AMAZING! As well as Bianca. I will not get blood work here any more."
