"I wish I could give ZERO STARS. This company has the worse customer service ever. No one can ever help us in store we are given a phone number to call, call it and then that person can't help, need to be transfered, the next person wants to transfer to a diff dept and so on. We have been going round w this company for months. We have TWO unknown numbers we are paying for on our bill. No, we don't have any tablets, watches, etc... Our next move is to get a hold of corporate and go to KGUN 9 news. Awful awful service at this place. Please DO NOT Get phone service here. Absolutely NO HELP. They only care about sales!!"
"Needed help switching a Firstnet eSIM to my new phone, so I went into this store. Was told no firstnet esim cards were in stock and to go to another store. Asked the salesman to call and make sure that store had them in stock before I drove all over town, was told 100% it was in stock. No one attempted to troubleshoot my problem, was just shrugged off. Went to the other store, guess what, no eSIM cards in stock there. So I was told a lie by the salesman. Luckily the rep at the Catalina Mall store had my new phone connected to my number in a few minutes. No one even attempted to do that at this store. I was told that this store has a lot of first responder business, but based on what I experienced I’d recommend any firstnet customers to save their time and just go to the Catalina Mall store."
"Wanted to buy a tablet as a gift. First guy started answering questions and said it would be 8 minutes to unlock safe for me to buy. After the time he was with another customer so a while later different guy stepped in. Didn't need added to account but since I wasn't a primary he said I couldn't do anything. No discussing"
"They were polite and so helpful. Told us so many things to help with out questions about our account."
"AT&T customer service told me to publicly share my experience and maybe a manager in-store or regionally will help me. On September 23, 2023 I bought two new iPhone 15 pros from this store, and switched our phones away from Verizon to AT&T - big mistake, number one. To make a long story short, both the store manager, who is more silent, and his right hand man salesman, fast talker, liar… Tell me when I trade my phone in on that day it would be $1000 credit per phone. 12 pro. We left having bought phones, they tell me their printer has no ink in it. I received no paperwork confirming the plan and details that I just agreed to and purchased. We go back the next day because I’m uncomfortable, not having paperwork showing the plan that I purchased & trade details. The manager prints me a receipt for the purchase of the phones and nothing else. I still have nothing in writing saying what plan I bought how much it’ll be or how much of a credit will go to my trade in, Etc. usually when you buy a phone plan of Verizon, they print out 50 sheets of paper detailing everything about what you’ve agreed to. I got a hold of regional manager whose name I forget. He called me at night from his cell phone in his house with his kids screaming in the background. Told me yeah I’m looking at your account it’s $1000 credit per phone takes 2 to 3 months for it to show on a bill. He also told me I would get an email in 2 to 3 days, laying out all the details of the plan and conditions that I just purchased. I never received that email. Now I’m getting my bill. The credit is for $23.06 per phone, that equals $830 credit per phone. Lies. I was lied to. I knew when I was in there they were trying to sell as many iPhone 15 as fast as they could to make some bonus. That’s why they didn’t print out any paperwork showing any details of the plan I agreed to. Customer service in India tells me there’s nothing that could be done because it’s a three-year contract. Again, I just want a public statement here that the store at 8250 Cortaro Road in Tucson Arizona is a scam operation. Someone locally needs to go on the line and make this right for us. Or at least apologize for knowing they hired bad employees scamming people. Like I wrote above, even the regional manager lied to me. FOLLOW UP: Nice Try. The boxed answer from a “store owner” doesn’t address anything I wrote about in my complaint, doesn’t apologize to me for scamming employees and doesn’t offer any solutions to my problem of being lied to , by underhanded employees. I will never recommend AT&T as a company because evidently no one stands up for the paying customer. Three years can’t come fast enough."
