"I recently visited the store with the expectation of convenient 24/7 service, as advertised. However, my experience turned out to be nothing short of a nightmare. Upon arrival, I noticed a "be back in 15 min" sign in the window, so my companion and I patiently waited in our car. To our disbelief, after an hour had passed, we returned to the door only to be greeted by a staff member who outright refused to serve us. Their reason? Apparently, we were accused of loitering because we had been waiting in our car for too long. This absurd accusation left us speechless and utterly frustrated. What added insult to injury was the staff member's dismissive and disrespectful attitude. In a shocking display of unprofessionalism, they made derogatory comments, stating that our dissatisfaction didn't matter because we were just "one customer" among thousands. Such callous disregard for customer satisfaction is utterly unacceptable. What's even more infuriating is the fact that the sign in the window, indicating their return, was never changed. We were left in the dark without any communication regarding their availability. It's beyond comprehension how a business can prioritize their convenience over the needs and expectations of their customers. Needless to say, this experience has left a lasting negative impression. I refuse to support a store that not only fails to uphold their advertised hours of operation but also treats customers with disdain. Rest assured, I will be taking my business elsewhere, where my patronage and satisfaction are valued. To anyone considering visiting this store, I strongly advise against it. There are plenty of other smoke shops that will gladly provide exceptional customer service and respect your time and loyalty. Save yourself the frustration and seek out establishments that prioritize customer satisfaction above all else. Remember, as consumers, we have the power to demand better treatment and hold businesses accountable for their actions."

"I purchased an item that I verified was long expired and no good....when I went back to the shop they told me all sales were final. He couldn't do anything. Then literally said " I know it sucks, a lot of people bring stuff back that's expired but we can't do nothing about it". The manager is supposedly in Turkey for the next month and a half. I understand "all sales final"....but how can you refuse to make that right? You cannot verify if the product is good until you open the package to get the serial number. That is terrible customer service and an absolute rip off. Furthermore, the employee said the manager KNOWS and still sells expired products. ZERO STARS"
