"Our recent experience with this tattoo shop left us with a less than satisfactory impression. Tonight, we were disappointed to discover that the closing time listed on your website was inaccurate. Google indicated a closing time of 10pm, yet we were informed as we entered at 8:20pm that the studio would be closing at 9pm. Subsequently, I discussed a small leaf tattoo on a toe done on behalf of a friend who was a few minutes away. The tattoo artist, unfortunately, did not exhibit enthusiasm or customer service during our interaction. He mentioned that if my friend arrived within the next few minutes, he would proceed with the tattoo. Finally, at 8:26pm, my friend arrived, only to be met with an artist who displayed a lack of interest. To add to our disappointment, the artist quoted an exorbitant price of $100 for this relatively simple tattoo. Given the circumstances and lack of professionalism exhibited by the artist, we decided to seek the services of another tattoo studio. We ultimately chose to visit Imperial Tattoo, located nearby. The staff at Imperial Tattoo warmly greeted us, displayed excellent customer service throughout our visit, and charged a more reasonable price for the same tattoo. Pictured is the tattoo completed by AJ at Imperial. Had the artist shown a little interest or explained that he was short on time but would be glad to schedule a later date and time, we would stayed."
