Walgreens Pharmacy 329 North Sandhill Boulevard, Mesquite, NV 89027

"Closed on the weekend. Ridiculous time spent waiting in line to be served. Forget calling in as you're placed on hold after hold. I'm not sure if they purposely keep their inventories low but oftentimes they are out of my medications and you wait several days until the next delivery comes in. The last issue I had was in refilling my insulin. The pharmacist received refill instructions from my doc, had a question on dosage and instead of calling for clarification they did nothing for almost a week. After calling both the pharmacy and doctor several times to keep the ball rolling. Even after all this hassle Walgreens didn't have enough insulin in stock to refill my normal prescription...I got half!"

"If it could be zero stars it would. Absolutely horrible pharmacy. Every time there has been one issue or another. Trying to refill prescriptions is an absolute nightmare with the staff saying one thing yesterday and a completely different thing when you get there to pick it up. Not to mention they can't seem to keep anything on file, so every transaction is a struggle. Nothing is filled in a timely fashion or at all in some cases. Save yourself the hassle and use any other pharmacy you possibly can."

"I am DONE with this place. If you have medication that will cause you to be in uncomfortable positions if not taken , then you're in good hands. Personally, not knowing if it's my mistake that I was told to pick up after 3:00 p.m. I wouldn't make the 15 min drive from outside of town, I'll be told to come back later & later turns to tomorrow which means after the weekend."

"I can never come to this pharmacy and pick up a prescription that my doctor calls in the day before. It usually requires 3-4 trips to the pharmacy. The first trip they tell me there was an issue and they had to ask my doctor for more info. The second trip there is an issue with my insurance but I have never used insurance for these prescriptions. The third trip the pharmacist has to review my prescription before it’s filled. The fourth trip is hit and miss and it’s usually not ready but will be ready in an hour. It seems like every time I’m at this pharmacy someone is at the window yelling at the pharmacy techs because they are having similar problems"

"The staff is hit or miss. The pharmacists are unapproachable and there is a lead tech there that is very rude, unhelpful and unkind. I have tried them several times because I have had good experiences in other states. I will not use them again. So frustrating when you are sick and need a pharmacy to be helpful not hateful. Mesquite, Nevada Walgreens is a big disappointment."
